Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Placing an order and completing payment does not guarantee fulfillment — if an item goes out of stock before we can dispatch it, we will contact you to offer a refund, store credit, or a suitable replacement.

Product listings can change. We may update pricing, descriptions, images, or availability at any time without prior notice. The price and details shown at the time you complete checkout are what apply to your order.

Accurate information is your responsibility. You're responsible for providing a correct shipping address, phone number, and size selection at checkout — see our Returns & Refund Policy for what happens if these are wrong.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details — see our Privacy Policy for more on how Razorpay is involved.

Full payment or a non-refundable advance is required at checkout, depending on the payment method you choose — see our Returns & Refund Policy for the full advance-payment and cancellation terms.

Delays or failures caused by third parties we rely on to fulfill your order — courier partners, payment gateways, or telecom/internet outages.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or a delayed/undelivered order, beyond the value of the order itself.

Minor variations in color, print placement, or fit between product photos and the item received, arising from photography/screen rendering rather than a genuine defect.
