To protect our brand and maintain our strict quality standards, we enforce an absolute policy regarding damage or error claims. We will NOT issue any refunds, exchanges, or replacements unless the following two conditions are met:
24-HOUR REPORTING WINDOW
Any issue regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported to us within 24 hours of the package being marked delivered by the courier. Requests made after 24 hours will be strictly rejected.
CONTINUOUS UNBOXING VIDEO
You must provide a single, unedited, continuous video recording of the package being opened. This video must clearly show the courier label, the initial breaking of the outer seal, and a clear close-up of the specific defect, damage, or discrepancy you are disputing.
⚠️ NO VIDEO = NO RESOLUTION. If you cannot provide a clear unboxing video that explicitly captures the issue from the start of opening the package, your claim will be automatically denied with no exceptions.
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM:
Please include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and the mandatory unboxing video.
Every item in our catalog carries a unique advance payment requirement. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, this amount is collected upfront to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
The Non-Refundable Advance: This advance acts as a non-refundable booking fee, strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of whether the order was placed via COD or fully prepaid online.
Refund Calculations: If a monetary refund is approved, only the remaining balance will be refunded (total product price minus the item's specific non-refundable advance amount).

Because of the exclusive nature of our inventory, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for the following reasons:
Change of mind or personal preference.
Incorrect size selection by the buyer (please consult our sizing charts carefully before ordering).
Minor aesthetic variations in product packaging or factory tags.
Delays caused entirely by third-party shipping and courier partners.
We process our orders rapidly to ensure swift dispatch.
12-HOUR WINDOW
You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing it.
Once the 12-hour window has passed, or if the item has already been prepared for shipping and dispatched within that timeframe, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
If your claim is submitted within 24 hours and your unboxing video successfully verifies a genuine mistake or defect on our part, our team will issue one of the following resolutions:
Replacements / Exchanges: Processed and shipped out within 5–7 business days (dependent entirely on current warehouse stock availability).
Store Credit: Issued directly to your account within 48 hours to be used on any future platform purchase.
Monetary Refunds: Credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. As stated in Section 2, this refund will equal the remaining product balance after the non-refundable advance amount has been deducted.
We completely reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund request if:
The claim is made past the 24-hour post-delivery window.
The item shows signs of normal wear and tear, washing, stretching, or damage caused by improper handling or care after unboxing.
The customer refuses to accept the delivery from our courier partner at their designated address.
Zero Shipping Fees: BERSERKER offers free shipping on all products across our store. There are no additional shipping fees calculated at checkout.
Dispatch Timelines: Items marked for immediate shipping leave our warehouse promptly. Products with distinct delivery timelines will have those windows clearly displayed on their specific product pages prior to purchase.
Tracking Updates: Your unique delivery tracking links will be shared via Email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of your package leaving our fulfillment center.
