Order & shipping details: your name, phone number, delivery address, and — optionally — an email address, collected at checkout to place and deliver your order.
Cart contents: the items you've added to your cart are stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) so your cart persists between visits — this data stays on your device and is not visible to us until you check out.
Payment confirmation: we receive a payment reference and status from Razorpay once a transaction completes — we do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank account details.
We use the information above only to:
Process and deliver your order, and contact you about it if something needs your attention (an out-of-stock item, a delivery issue).
Send order confirmations and shipping updates, if you provided an email address.
Respond to support requests you send us via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DM.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
RAZORPAY (PAYMENTS)
Handles all payment processing. Razorpay receives what's needed to complete your transaction directly — we never see your full card, UPI, or bank details, only the order amount and a payment confirmation.
COURIER PARTNERS (DELIVERY)
Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with our courier partner solely to deliver your order to you.
We do not share your information with any other third party beyond what's needed to fulfill your order.
We retain order and customer records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle any related support request or dispute under our Returns & Refund Policy, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Cart data stored in your browser's localStorage stays on your device and is cleared whenever you clear your browser data.
